My online HYROX coaching programme is designed for athletes who want to compete well, not just survive race day.
HYROX places unique demands on the body, repeated high-intensity running under fatigue, compromised mechanics, and strength endurance that most people never train properly. This programme is built specifically to meet those demands, not adapted from generic gym or endurance plans.
You’ll receive a fully individualised training plan that integrates:
Running performance and fatigue resistance
Strength and power for HYROX-specific movements
Engine development (aerobic base, threshold, VO₂)
Muscular endurance and repeatability under load
Smart recovery so you can train hard without breaking down
Training is structured around your background. Whether you come from endurance sport, CrossFit, the gym, or you’re new to hybrid racing, the programme closes the gaps that typically limit HYROX performance. Not just the areas you already enjoy.
Coaching goes beyond sessions. You’ll get ongoing feedback, regular check-ins, and progression based on how your body is actually responding, not how a spreadsheet says it should. As race day approaches, training becomes increasingly specific, with clear pacing strategies, compromised-running preparation, and confidence built through rehearsal. Not guesswork.
