1:2:1 Personal Training, Conditioning and Exercise Referral
My in-person 1:2:1 sessions are delivered at Chelford Gym in a private training space, giving you focused coaching without the noise, crowds, or pressure of a busy commercial gym.
These sessions are fully tailored to you. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, return to exercise after injury, or build confidence with training, each session is planned around your needs, ability, and current capacity.

Strength & Conditioning – building strength, resilience, and performance
Personal Training – structured, goal-driven training with clear progression
Rehabilitation – safe return to training following injury or time off
Private Exercise Referral – supported, confidence-building sessions for those new to exercise or managing health considerations
You’ll receive clear coaching, hands-on guidance, and a supportive environment where you can focus on quality movement and long-term progress. Training is challenging where it needs to be, but always appropriate, purposeful, and safe.
This is ideal if you:

£200 per calendar month (this includes a weekly in person session and an online program with daily feedback, macros and accountability)
(3 month minimum commitment)
